• Website design and development
• Mobile application development (iOS, Android)
• Data analytics and business intelligence solutions
• Cloud services and technical consulting
• System integration and automation services
• Project management and technical support

4. Account Security

To use our services, you need to register an account.

• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure
• We recommend setting strong passwords with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
• We are not liable for losses due to improper password storage
• Contact customer service immediately if you notice account anomalies

5. Personal Information Protection

Protecting user personal information is our fundamental principle.

• Registration requires providing authentic and complete necessary information
• You may review and modify your personal information at any time
• We use advanced security technologies to protect your information
• We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without consent
• Except as required by laws and regulations

6. User Commitments and Responsibilities

You undertake to use our services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations, and shall not engage in the following activities:

7. Service Provision

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will endeavor to ensure service continuity and security, but cannot foresee and prevent all technical risks, including but not limited to:

• Force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks
• System instability, service interruption, data loss
• Third-party service defects, government actions, etc.

8. Equipment Requirements

Using our services requires:

• Preparing relevant terminal equipment (computers, mobile phones, etc.)
• Bearing relevant costs (network fees, etc.)
• Understanding and agreeing that services will consume device and bandwidth resources

9. Paid Services and Subscriptions

We have the right to provide services for free or require users to pay for them. For paid services:

• Fees are calculated in US Dollars (USD)
• Payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, FPS, etc.
• Service fees are charged according to subscription cycles
• We reserve the right to adjust prices with 30 days' notice
• Top-up amounts are only used for services under these Terms
• Consumed amounts after top-up completion will not be refunded

10. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Standard services: Refund available within 14 days from subscription start
• Custom development projects: Refund policies are separately agreed upon
• Refund requests must be submitted via customer service email with valid proof
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
• Refund method matches original payment method
• We have the right to deduct 10% from refunds as handling fees

11. Third-Party Services

When using third-party products or services:

• Must comply with both these Terms and third-party service terms
• BAO TENG TECHNOLOGY and third parties bear responsibility within their respective scopes
• When using third-party payments, please protect personal information
• We are not liable for disputes arising from third-party services

12. Intellectual Property

Commercial logos and trademark rights used by BAO TENG TECHNOLOGY in services are owned by BAO TENG TECHNOLOGY. Unless otherwise agreed:

• We retain all intellectual property rights to our service platform
• Client data and custom development results belong to the client
• We may use anonymized data to improve our services
• Unauthorized modification, copying, distribution, or transmission of our materials is prohibited
• Violation of intellectual property terms will be regarded as serious breach

13. Force Majeure and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages caused by the following situations:

• Force majeure: natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.
• Computer viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks
• System failures, communication line failures
• Improper user operation or unauthorized use
• Other circumstances beyond our control or reasonable foresight

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, with liability limited to the service fees you have paid.

14. Compliance with Local Laws and Regulations

When using our services, you should:

• Comply with relevant local laws, regulations, and moral customs
• Avoid involving BAO TENG TECHNOLOGY in political and public events
• Bear full responsibility if violating local laws

15. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time:

• Notification through email, website announcements, in-app notifications, etc.
• Continued use of services indicates acceptance of modified Terms
• If you do not accept modifications, you should stop using our services
• You can review the latest version of Terms on relevant service pages

16. Change, Interruption and Termination of Services

We may change, interrupt, or terminate services. We have the right to interrupt or terminate services without notice in the following circumstances:

• Provided information is untrue or inconsistent with registration information
• Violation of relevant laws, regulations, or these Terms
• Required by government departments or judicial authorities
• For security reasons or other necessary circumstances

17. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

The execution, performance, and interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (excluding conflict of laws):

• Disputes arising from these Terms should be resolved through amicable negotiation
• If negotiation fails, submit to Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre
• Arbitration language is English, with three arbitrators
• If any term in the agreement is invalid, remaining terms remain valid

If you are under 18:

• Should read and use services under guardian guidance
• Guardians should register accounts for minors
• Should distinguish between online world and real world
• Strive to protect personal information and stay away from online risks
